Groups
Post-Traumatic Growth
This online growth-oriented group is for individuals who have experienced trauma and have either completed the Healing from Trauma Education & Skills Group or have gained equivalent knowledge and skills within a similar group or via trauma-specific individual therapy, and are interested in furthering their education, resources, or connection with others who have undergone trauma. This group is not a traditional interpersonal process group though the primary focus is on connecting and sharing about healing from trauma impacts; it also incorporates trauma-related information and resources, rooted in extended healing or post-traumatic growth using a lens of mindfulness.

Healing From Trauma Education & Skills
This is a closed 10 week series (co-facilitated with Emilie Ryan, LPC, NCC, RYT, SEP) in which members gain a firm understanding of trauma and its impacts, trauma healing, as well as resources and mindfulness-based strategies to manage them. Appropriate for individuals who have experienced trauma(s), are stable, and are currently seeing an individual therapist. Group screening is required before admission. Offered periodically throughout the year either in person and online via HIPAA-compliant Zoom. Most major insurance plans accepted. Contact me for more information or to schedule a screening for the fall online series starting early September 2024.
