When life doesn't go as planned, you may feel you don't have the tools to cope with the unexpected. With compassion, kindness, and sometimes humor, I’ll help you move forward. I believe that every person or couple is unique with different presenting circumstances and that counseling is an individualized process. I work with individuals, couples, and families on a variety of issues specializing in anxiety, abuse, trauma and life transitions.
I utilize several different treatment modalities that are tailored to the needs of each client. In addition to my education, I have over 25 years of previous experience working in human services in the Larimer and Weld county area. This allows me an understanding of our local community and experience providing supports and referrals
Therapy is way to help identify patterns, new coping skills, and help you build the life that you desire. Research shows that 33% of your success in therapy is related to your rapport with your therapist. I'm happy to do a free consultation so you can make sure this is the best fit.
