More than petting and brushing horses, our professional counseling team is specially trained to integrate horses into therapy. We empower individuals, couples, families, and groups to overcome a variety of struggles and find hope, healing, and mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness. You are mind, body, soul, and spirit. Horses are gentle and intuitive partners; they provide nonjudgmental connection and new awareness as we explore your struggles and strengths.

We are trauma-focused and provide equine assisted psychotherapy that brings out deep insights and emotions. Building authentic relationships with horses helps us identify patterns and allows us to choose how we want to change in a safe environment. Try our Jumpstart Therapy 6-week program or dive in with weekly or bi-weekly sessions tailored to your needs.

Each 2.5 hour workshop will focus on a different part of the brain and how to regulate it, aligning with the Neurosequential Model. Participants will engage in activities and exercises specifically crafted to target various brain areas, promoting regulation and emotional well-being.
