NeuroHarmony: Equine Social Adventures
Each 2.5 hour workshop will focus on a different part of the brain and how to regulate it, aligning with the Neurosequential Model. Participants will engage in activities and exercises specifically crafted to target various brain areas, promoting regulation and emotional well-being. The workshops will cover the following areas: Brain Stem: April 13 & August 17; Movement: May 11 & September 14; Relationship: June 15 & October 19. Reason: July 13 & November 16.... Cowgirl Up! is an experiential equine retreat giving women the opportunity to heal from many challenges in life through building connection with themselves, others, and their faith. One of the biggest hurdles women face is loving ourselves enough to bloom into all we were created to be. We let obligations, doubt, body-image, and other limitations get in the way of living the life we dream of.
