Christine Triano, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of adolescents, adults, families, and creative professionals. She is also the Director of Mental Health at the Center for Connection, a multidisciplinary practice in Pasadena, CA. An avid learner, she loves bringing the newest research in neuroscience into the therapy room as she work with clients to change old patterns and cultivate new ways of being and thriving.

Christine holds a Masters in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Political Science from Tufts University. She is licensed to practice in California and New York and frequently speaks and offers workshops on a range of topics, including mindful parenting, the teen brain, and improving emotional regulation.
