I am a clinical psychologist and I am based in London. I have more than 12 years of experience working within the NHS and in my current role I work as a Psychology Lead for a North London Psychological Therapy Service. I specialise in working with adults with complex mental health difficulties and I offer individual therapy and family work in addition to providing consultation, training and supervision to staff. Within the NHS I have worked in a variety of settings which has allowed me to treat mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, complex emotional needs and relationship difficulties across the lifespan.
As a clinical psychologist i have received training in CBT (including 3rd wave cognitive models) and Family Therapy. In my clinical work, I make sure that I offer effective, thoughtful and personalised interventions. Working together I will support you in overcoming difficulties, uncovering your strengths and moving towards a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I have been described as a warm and empathic psychologist who is able to develop good therapeutic relationships while also maintaining very clear professional boundaries.
