I'm a Principal Clinical Psychologist with a small private practice in East London. I have over 20 years experience in the field of mental health and social inequalities in the UK and Australia. I lead an NHS psychological therapies service and work as a strategic consultant for a range of organisations. I’m also a trauma-informed Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Leadership Coach (Strozzi Institute). I love working with people around their purpose, commitments and longings. My training means I'm able to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches supporting you to make sense of how you feel and what you want. This includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focussed (CFT) and Narrative Therapies. My work is led by your values and underpinned by compassion.
