Welcome! We are a group of BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists who have substantial experience working within primary care and secondary care NHS mental health services. I have 13 years experience working within mental health services. I have been specifically trained to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to individuals experiencing depression, generalised anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety etc. I am also trained to offer Behavioural Couples Therapy to address depression and/or relationship distress.
Here at The Psychological Wellness Group we use evidence-based CBT as recommended by the National Institute for Health & Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines to support people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties.
Our therapeutic style is warm, caring and non-judgmental. We work in a self-reflective manner to ensure that we are working in line with your goals. This will involve challenging, encouraging and supporting you towards positive change that will have lasting effects.
