Welcome! My name is Marreyah and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with experience experience within primary care and secondary care NHS mental health services. I have over 10 years experience working within mental health services within the NHS and privately. I have been specifically trained to support people who experience a range of mental health problems including depression, generalised anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Body Dysmorphia and personality disorder traits. I have a special interest in working with young adults, perinatal parents and those who have experienced trauma.
I offer evidence-based interventions recommended by the National Institute for Health & Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines to support people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. This includes CBT, EMDR and Couples Therapy.
My therapeutic style is warm, caring and non-judgmental. I work in a compassion focused way to empower you to reach your goals.
