Welcome! I am a British Asian committed psychotherapist and supervisor working for many years across all ages. My training and experience enable me to work with varied issues including complex trauma and in many different ways, finding the best approach for you. I have been delivering training to organisations and therapists and have been a member of an Associate Parliamentary Group on children in care and delivered a presentation at the House of Lords. Many people come with underlying childhood issues including abuse and some like to work with someone that has an understanding of the impact of racism, culture and identity.
I believe lasting change happens when identifying and working with the root cause, enabling healing whilst appreciating your strengths. It is an honour when clients allow me into their inner world. Working together with compassion to create a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space, building our relationship and trust for you to bring the whole of you.
Including my own journey, I have witnessed the power of therapy to change lives and in some cases to save lives. I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting.
