Warm welcome to my profile. My name is Rhys and I am an Integrative therapist and supervisor, helping people find their path to mental health and well-being for over 10 years. My approach is all about working together authentically and collaboratively with my clients, listening to their unique and wonderful stories, and finding solutions that work for them. It's not easy reaching out for help and the fact that you are here I can only imagine has taken you a lot of bravery to show up here which is commendable. I offer a safe space to allow clients the opportunity to explore and reflect deeply in a non-judgemental environment.
I specialise in working with children/young people and adults utilising techniques like cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction, but my main focus is always on building a strong, supportive relationship with my clients. I want to create a safe space where you can share your challenges and explore new ways of coping and thriving.
