As a Clinical Psychologist, I have studied and worked in the NHS for over 10 years, completing a doctorate and working with people across the lifespan. If you choose to work with me I will mainly draw from CBT, ACT, EMDR, CFT and Narrative therapies. This means I can 'take the best bits' of different therapies to flexibly suit your individual needs.
