We’ll work together to explore ways to manage the psychological and physiological effects of trauma, and develop your confidence to cope and overcome difficulties. I support people who have anxiety, depression, flashbacks and ptsd. It is important to me to understand what is important to you. I will support and empower you to live your life in accordance with your own values and beliefs, rather than the difficulties that have been getting in your way.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to provide you with an individualised approach tailored to your unique needs.
