You may understandably long for life to feel pleasurable, hopeful and meaningful again.
As a clinical psychologist I'm able to draw upon multiple different evidence-based therapies and psychological techniques. We'll collaboratively choose the approach that best suits your needs based on a shared understanding of what's keeping you stuck & causing you suffering. We'll find a pace that feels comfortable for you & together we'll get there.
