As a BACP registred qualified Counsellor. I understand that everyone is unique and no therapy is "one size fits all". With this in mind I can work with clients of all ages from 16ys upwards. I offer the Face to Face sessions from my home in Orrell. Sessions are for 1 hour Face to Face, Telephone, or Whatsapp.I am a fully qualified Counsellor/Psychtherapist and also a Trauma Informed Therapist working in HMP Prison estates (men) and I am also involved in many voluntary places. My modality is Person Centred and I also hold qualifications in Greif and beareavment ,Compassion Focus Therapy and other therapy skills CBT , Inner Child.
I have a particular interest in working with clients who have experienced Trauma, Rape, Sexual Abuse, PTSD and Childhood Issues. I also have experience in a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and bereavement and suicidal thoughts. I do appreciate how difficult the first step can be when reaching out to speak.
