I have particular interests in bereavement, having trained with Cruse Bereavement Support, suicide-ideation, through many years of working with- and training listening volunteers for the Samaritans - and helping people to become empowered, gain confidence, self-esteem and self-worth. I am also a Relate-trained couples counsellor.
Therapy should be as unique as you are - that's why I tailor my approach to fit with who you are and what you are looking for. Some people want to be listened to properly and held in that space while they come to terms with what is going on. Others are looking for someone to challenge them and to explore what has made them who they are.
