It takes a lot to challenge familiar patterns because even when we dislike them they can feel safer than change. But my boundaried, thoughtful counselling can support you on your journey to understand what underlies your issues & work out what to do about it.
I specialise in working with couples & people experiencing relationship difficulties. If you are struggling to be heard, to feel connected, to regain intimacy or to resolve deep hurt in a relationship we can explore it together for clarity & hope. I also work with people experiencing bereavement & loss. We can give your pain time, you can bring it to me.
I will remain closely connected to your way of being. I will want the best outcomes for you irrespective of anything you tell me about your faults. You hold the answers within yourself and it is my job to help you tease them out. I will listen to you with acceptance because all of you is acceptable.
