I am a graduate of Oxford University, Fielding (APA Accred), and trained at the Yale Medical Centre. I work with issues including anxiety, depression, grief, personality disorders, relationships, trauma & PTSD.

This is a new online therapy group for parents across the UK and beyond who would like support and to meet other parents with children on the autism spectrum. I am a specialist in autism and love working with parents to spread awareness, information and support, and to empower them in parenting a child or teenager on the autism spectrum. Online Support for Family Members of NPD or BPD

Those who are suffering through the often painful experience of having a parent, sibling, or spouse with narcissistic or borderline personality disorder can meet online for support with the guidance of the group leader Comfort Shields, a specialised therapist and psychologist. Twice Monthly Online Therapy Supervision Group

Working therapeutically can be a lonely process. Sharing your cases and practice challenges in a group setting can be wonderfully healing and supportive. This twice monthly supervision group for psychotherapists and counsellors is a confidential and safe space to share your experiences with others and for others to share useful insights with you. I ensure that all members of the group actively participate, are valued, and respected. I am currently forming a new group of up to eight therapists. We will meet twice monthly on Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm over Zoom.
