I often work with clients who have suffered from emotional, physical and sexual abuse; road accidents; human trafficking; neglect; and violence. I also work with relationship issues and treat anxiety and depression.
A registered and accredited member of the BACP, Chartered Psychologist, and Associate Fellow of the BPS, I work with individuals and couples. I am a graduate of Oxford University, Fielding (APA Accred), and trained at the Yale Medical Centre. I work with issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and trauma & PTSD.

Twice Monthly Online Therapy Supervision Group
Working therapeutically can be a lonely process. Sharing your cases and practice challenges in a group setting can be wonderfully healing and supportive. This twice monthly supervision group for psychotherapists and counsellors is a confidential and safe space to share your experiences with others and for others to share useful insights with you. I ensure that all members of the group actively participate, are valued, and respected. I am currently forming a new group of up to four therapists. We will meet twice monthly on Wednesday evenings from 5:15-7:45pm over Zoom.
