Hello, I’m Charlotte. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I am a Person-Centred Therapist offering face-to-face, online and telephone counselling for Adults and Children & Young People from my private practice in Whiteley. Alongside my private practice, I am also a counsellor at a charity, supporting adults, children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse and trauma.
I have worked many years in mental health before becoming a therapist. Clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, self-image, self-harm, self-confidence issues, loss, bereavement, identity issues, eating disorders, childhood trauma, PTSD, OCD, stress, & work-related issues. I attend continuous training in LGBTQ+ Awareness & Trauma Informed Practice.
At times life can feel overwhelming for different reasons, I offer a warm, safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to learn about yourself and your journey. Supporting you in identifying your patterns of behaviour, looking at self-esteem, confidence, and negative self-talk at a pace that is comfortable to you. A truly open space for you.
