About me: I combine a rigorous training at the University of Oxford with a gentle and compassionate approach to each individual client. We are all unique. So are the things we find painful or meaningful. The way forward will also be unique. I aim to provide a non-judgemental space in which we can identify how you might live a more rounded life. This is a gradual and meaningful journey towards some sense of healing, rather than a short-term alleviation of symptoms.
What happens: We might think about particular issues that concern you, or help you gain a greater level of self-understanding on a deeper, more holistic level. With clearer insight into how and why we behave as we do, what motivates us and how we get in our own way, we can gain greater freedom in how we lead our lives.
I offer short-term/ long-term/ open-ended therapy, online via Zoom/ Skype, or on the phone if preferred. I have experience working with all sorts of issues, including depression, self-harm, abuse, bereavement, and much else. However, therapy is a space for you to discuss whatever you like.
