I am an BACP Accredited counsellor and psychotherapist providing therapy for those with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related stress and many more presenting issues. I offer a warm and professional environment and tailor my way of working to help you feel comfortable but also work to gauge how much challenge you will need to facilitate change to move towards a healthier way of being.
I am trained to help you make links between your past and present and identify patterns of behaviour that might prevent you from being happy. I believe that understandnig the source of pain goes a long way to helping you heal.
