As an actor/performer for 20 years, I spent the majority of my time looking into what makes people tick. Why do we do what we do and what do we get out of it? These questions are very rarely easy to answer about ourselves and this can lead us to feel life is unfulfilling or lead to a myriad of mental health issues. We can get anxious and depressed from life. I use my experience in understanding others as a way of conceptualising what you want and how you might achieve it. I will never tell you what to do, but I will absolutely stand beside you whilst you build the strength and self-belief to do what you need to for yourself.
I understand how we can sometimes feel like we don't have a choice but to do what we're doing. I can support you to find a way of doing what you want to do without sacrificing your own happiness or well being. I also offer Critical Incident Stress Management services to corporations, large and small, and work with trauma and its effects.
