In addition to being a Person Centered Psychotherapist, where I offer a safe space meeting you with empathy, respect and genuineness as we explore your journey together, I also work integratively using cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) as well as elements from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
