Hi, I'm Cilente Bosman (she/her/they/them) and I have been helping people to overcome problems with depression and anxiety for the past 10 years, both within the NHS and as a private CBT therapist. I have also worked with individuals who have struggled due to difficulty with managing symptoms of ADHD and particularly a late onset diagnosis of ADHD, which can particularly affect women entering peri-menopause. I draw on a wide range of approaches to enhance my CBT practice, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Cognitive behavioural therapy is an approach that can help you to develop the skills and strategies that you will be able to use to 'become your own therapist'. I have worked with a range of different types of problems, including excessive worry (generalised anxiety), depression, phobias, panic, social anxiety and health anxiety.
I understand that asking for help can be the hardest thing to do, so I will provide a compassionate and welcoming space for you to explore how CBT can transform how you think, feel and act when life feels too difficult to manage on your own.
