I am here to offer my clients a predominantly Person-Centred approach to counselling that is welcoming, understanding, non-judgemental and of course completely confidential. I currently work for a Primary Care Mental Health setting alongside my own private practice which is based in Darlington Town Centre. I can offer you an integrative approach to therapy which includes training in CBT, Creative Therapies and Mindfulness. I have extensive experience of working with difference, diversity, and a variety of issues, which means I can offer you a bespoke humanistic experience that is tailored to your unique needs.
As your fully qualified and experienced therapist, I am here to establish a therapeutic rapport with you that will be unlike any other relationship, where you can talk openly without judgement, be heard, gain clarity, perspective and ultimately understand your situation and experiences in a safe and confidential space.
I offer an initial confidential consultation to establish your needs in counselling under strict BACP ethical guidelines, with no obligation to continue with therapy if you choose not to.
