F&B Digital Therapy are a team of 2 CBT therapists, Faye & Becki, (BABCP accredited) working 1-1 with clients. We specialise in low self-esteem, confidence and Neurodivergent conditions (ADHD, Autism, dyspraxia etc). However, if you are struggling with anxiety, depression or another mental health difficulty, we are here to listen and support you. In working with us, we can assure you a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space to explore and understand your problems. We believe in a flexible, individualised approach that is best for you and your goals. We'll work in collaboration with you to get you where you need to be
We offer video, telephone or Whatsapp CBT sessions. Research shows digital therapy is just as effective as other typical forms of CBT but are better suited those who process written information easier (text) or who are exhausted by face to face contact (telephone). Text sessions work exactly the same as face to face/telephone, but you’re messaging instead!
