As a qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience working with a range of difficulties, I provide a compassionate, safe, and non-judgemental space for you to explore these issues. I utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but draw on a number of approaches, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), in order to provide a therapeutic space which is individualised to your specific needs. I have experience working with a number of difficulties, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, and stress.
I specialise in working with trauma and PTSD, and have experience offering a number of evidence-based trauma focused interventions, including Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) & Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Regardless of what brings you to therapy, we will work collaboratively to ensure the space is useful and supportive for you.
