I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with individuals and couples presenting with sexual and relationship difficulties. I have a background of working in NHS Sexual Health services, and am experienced in supporting people presenting with pain during sex, vaginismus, vulvodynia, low desire, concerns about libido, difficulties related to orgasm, unreliable erections, and anxiety about sex and relationships. The psychological therapy I provide is evidence-based and draws on a variety of approaches including CBT, CFT, Systemic Family Therapy, Sex Therapy techniques and Psychodynamically-informed Therapy.
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at UCL. Recently I held a position as a Clinical Tutor on a Clinical Psychology Doctorate Programme at a London-based University, lecturing on various topics in the field including psychosexual therapy and depression. Alongside my clinical work I am an author of several publications in peer-reviewed journals.
My approach is warm, compassionate and non-judgemental, and I value taking the time to tailor therapy to the individual needs of my clients.
