About

Atara Malach, M.A., PCC is the founder of the Parenting University and the creator of the GPS parenting method for working mothers. She is an author and mother of six children and has blended 30 years of professional success with her own personal experience as a working mother to develop a proven parenting system that gives her clients the skills and confidence to manage their many priorities and find calm in the chaos of their daily demands. She empowers overwhelmed mothers to use—not lose!—their mommy guilt to create a personal roadmap to parenting success.

Her new book, A Working Mother's GPS: A Guide to Parenting Success for the Modern Working Mom, describes her innovative parenting method. Each of the chapters has a special section dedicated to helping readers implement the proven GPS skills in the workplace so that those same strategies can enhance a working moms' career.

Malach's credentials include postgraduate clinical training in psychotherapy. She is an ICF Certified Professional Coach, Certified Executive Business Coach, Parent Group Facilitator, and DISC advisor. She has trained with the masters: Doctors Aaron and Judith Beck, John and Julie Gottman, Salvador Minuchin and Sue Johnson. Her approach is also grounded in firsthand experience—helping busy mothers transform their lives, enhance their parenting skills, and strengthen their important relationships while succeeding in their careers is her passion and her mission.
