I assist couples with conflict, & enhancing communication by redefining relationships. I utilize a mind-body approach and presence to map out how our behaviours, perception, & core beliefs stem from our emotions.

Having 17-years experience offering support in various capacities, has allowed me to witness the pain clients experience going through “a revolving door of failed attempts” in an effort to achieve new outcomes.
