And if there are additional mental health challenges and life transitions, it can be very overwhelming.
My work with individuals and couples is to support them in looking at patterns that feel "stuck" and conflictual. I work with you at calming the distress and I provide helpful tools to support you in your journey. I provide a safe space to explore and create stronger connections and greater emotional intimacy.
