Together, through trust, curiosity, creativity and empowerment we will build on your strengths and identify new strategies to recover from pain so that you can heal, grow and reach your goals.
With over 20 years’ experience in the field of mental health, I have worked with youth and adults of all ages, varied backgrounds and life histories. I specialize in supporting people struggling with anxiety, depression, psychosis, managing stress, emotion regulation, compassion fatigue, burnout, relationship issues and navigating life transitions.
