Accepting New Clients! My name is Victoria Davies and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I provide a safe and supportive space that allows clients to work towards goals, overcome barriers and develop greater self-awareness. I place great importance in developing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients that fosters authenticity, empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I work from a client-centered approach that incorporates various therapeutic modalities to treat a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder and relationship issues.
I have spaces for in-person and virtual sessions. Beginning in June 2024, I will also offer group therapy for burnout recovery and prevention. Burnout Recovery and Prevention (MCBT)
Beginning in June 2024. Space available! Welcome to the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Group for Burnout Recovery and Prevention. This group will be facilitated by Victoria Davies (RP) and Sydney Hunter (RP, Qualifying). In this safe and supportive space, we come together to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Burnout can be an exhausting and isolating experience, but through the powerful combination of mindfulness and cognitive therapy, we aim to cultivate resilience and restore balance to our lives. $65+HST per group session.
