It can be so difficult to navigate all the various challenges thrown at us today, while also striving to discover our most authentic selves. Complicated emotions are part of being human, but so often we isolate ourselves with these emotions out of fear or shame. In our time together, we’ll work to relieve those stuck parts of your experience so that you can move closer to yourself and the ones you love.
I can use humour when the mood calls for it, but I can also be practical in crafting tools that people can use in their daily lives. I work from an integrative, client-centered approach that is trauma-informed and rooted in empathy. I am certified as an IFS-informed therapist and look forward to working with all aspects of your lived experience.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, who seek support with anxiety, shame, and burnout. As a public educator, I understand the immense challenges of extending yourself to meet an abundance of diverse needs.
