My core values in therapy are empathy, compassion, and acceptance. I have advanced training in evidence-based methods that lead to positive outcome. My specialty is treating trauma in adults with EMDR, CPT and SP. I have expertise in mindfulness, CBT and DBT. I was initially trained in Neuroscience, which provides helpful insights into mind-body connections.
