In our depression therapy group, you will gain an understanding of how to break the cycle of depression. You will also develop an action plan to begin moving out of depression. Our anxiety therapy group equips you with knowledge on how anxiety works. It brings awareness of how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours relate to anxiety. The intimate 5-week courses allow you to be with others who are going through similar experiences. Depression and anxiety groups meet on Thursdays from 6 PM to 8 PM. See upcoming dates on our website.

Grieving Through Art Therapy Group
![Photo of Elsie Lobo - The Family Centre, Psychologist](https://photos.psychologytoday.com/1200dfd0-8c52-4958-870a-3c3560ce32b5/1/320x400.jpeg)
Grieving a loss can be painful, but you don’t have to go through it on your own. We’re here to help you process your loss through mindfulness activities like drawing, painting, colouring, and more. In this therapeutic support group, you can also talk about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours associated with the loss of a loved one by death, separation, and even pet loss. You don't need any art experience to join; just your willingness to be present is enough. Visit our website to see the next group session dates.
