Sometimes we need support navigating the complexities of life. As individuals, we experience these complexities in unique ways, often feeling alone. My goal is to cultivate a trusting, accepting relationship that holds space for your unique story, a space where you can feel seen, accepted, supported, and valued.

I have a holistic, collaborative approach to counselling. My education, vocational background, and life experience intersect with a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. I hold values of trust, compassion and acceptance, and will integrate various therapeutic perspectives to meet your concerns, explore coping strategies, and find meaningful change.

I believe it is an honour to be invited into the life and story of another person. I am passionate about holding a safe and accepting space for individuals like you to explore your life and your story.
