I have 8 years of experience working with clients in various supportive capacities.
I offer support with: anxiety, depression, trauma, nervous system regulation, burnout, life transitions, body image, relationships with food, boundaries, grief & loss, relationship conflict. I work from a trauma-informed lens & person-centred approach, drawing upon CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Attachment Theory and Self-Compassion.
