I am passionate about helping clients navigate their emotional world and move forward in life with grace and resilience. I naturally blend practical life skills and powerful emotional insights around relationships and self understanding. I am not afraid of dark or “messy” emotions. I offer you depth and compassion to help build your emotional awareness and self confidence. If you have struggled with emotions either feeling none at all or too many at once, this is where I have found passion as being a therapist. Emotions and relationships are not always easy - I am here to help you find more ease.
I am a master’s level counsellor and a registered nurse. I work with adult clients from a trauma informed and body based counselling approach. I love being able to help you understand emotions and relationships in a clear and simple way. As your therapist I want you to leave feeling more self assured in navigating your life, emotions and relationships.
The foundation to my work is to support you in building more awareness of your thoughts, body sensations and emotions and how these all impact relationships.
