The truth is, we're not meant to carry it all with us everywhere we go. Often, we don't know how to put it down, take a break, or let ourselves breathe. It can feel challenging, even scary, to unlearn these patterns and develop a new relationship with ourselves.
As an IFS Therapist, I aim to support clients by providing safety and empathy to facilitate the healing of wounded and traumatized Parts. The goal of IFS (Internal Family Systems) is to help clients develop their sense of self through open curiosity, compassion, and clarity; in so, building a tolerance for difficult emotions and improving self-esteem.
