In private practice, I provide individual, family, marital/relationship, and group counselling. I treat people across the lifespan including children, adolescents (e.g. navigating identity), adults (e.g. working through relationships, parenting, and career issues), and the elderly (grief and life transitions).
I strive to bring a holistic, sensitive, relationship-based and collaborative approach to therapy. I bring extensive experience in many treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic-Existential and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. My warm and thoughtful approach allows you to feel heard, supported, and gently challenged.
