Grief is lonely, intense, and scary. I can help you expand your capacity to hold this sorrow and regain your balance. You can move forward from simply surviving to thriving. I will remind you of your strengths, as you find meaning and your true identity. You already know your life will never be the same because of this loss. Yet, you can gather the pieces to carry your loss forward with love and peace.
Moving through loss and takes time and patience. How grief and trauma affects you and learning how to navigate through the first couple years takes skill and support. Finding the parts of you that may block or sabatoge your attempts to find relief is the first step. Hope is a current that flows throughout our conversations together.
There is no one size fits all approach to grief. My professional qualifications and lived experience with loss provides a safe space to walk with you and your grief.
