I work with clients of all ages and stages with a passion for helping women through a hybrid blend of coaching, counselling, sound and energy healing. I aim to support you discover where your patterns originated, understand your mind & body connection, help you consciously create a fulfilled, happy, and contented life on your terms!
My work with clients is centred on a solid relationship where we can both show up as our authentic selves. My experience with narcissistic abuse, addictions and childhood trauma set the foundation for my genuine desire to help others. I use many modalities and focus on a holistic approach where we connect the body, mind and spirit.
It's such a joy to watch clients invest in themselves and start to make fundamental changes in their lives. It has me dancing excitedly as I get to be your biggest cheerleader!
