As a Drama Therapist I am trained in creative techniques such as role-playing, storytelling, metaphor, writing, and other non-verbal exercises to help clients gain emotional awareness and perspective. These techniques are especially useful to safely explore emotionally raw material, gain new insight and connect the body & mind.
