With 30 years of experience behind me, I will help you to improve relationships, relieve stress and anxiety, build self-confidence and rediscover your passion for life. I specialize in helping you to reconnect with the essence of who you are; your Higher Self. I use traditional therapy methods as well as energy healing and card reading if those are of interest to you. Life isn't always easy and sometimes we need someone to walk us through the rough patches. I will walk with you.
I specialize in parenting strategies, stress management, relationships and spiritual growth. I provide traditional therapy and counselling along with alternative energy healing and intuitive card reading as requested. I am available in person, over the phone or online.
