I enjoy working with a variety of clients including children, teens, adults, and couples, who are struggling in some area of their life. You could be encountering a mental health concern, trauma, career stress, or life transition. I help support you in identifying and reaching your goals. As the driver in therapy, you decide what is right for you.

I have training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy). I enjoy finding creative ways to help people express themselves, whether through traditional talk therapy, or using play or art to help facilitate healing.

I enjoy using a client centred approach. This means you are in the drivers seat. You have the opportunity to choose what you want to talk about or not talk about. My job is to help you decide by guiding, and at times, challenging you, in a safe environment.
