My mission is to be there for you every step of your journey, and this means finding creative new ways to connect and work through challenges. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I am offering traditional and exciting new ways to connect; either by phone, video or in an arena with horses. I have been a clinical mental health professional for over 34 years. I have worked in hospitals, child welfare agencies, travelled the continent teaching and doing Psychological First Aid after traumas and tragedies. With an additional certification in Equine Assisted Therapy I can help you discover your own power through working with horses (non riding).
