Helping others empower themselves within their own lives forms the base of my work. I work primarily with couples, adults, and adolescents to overcome a range of difficulties and life transitions. All behaviour makes sense in context. I help people uncover their specific needs in order to best support the changes they desire to make.
In my practice I borrow for cognitive-behavioral (including mindfulness and acceptance and commitment), interpersonal, and systems-oriented approaches. Theoretically, I come from an attachment perspective, placing emphasis on the role our relationships play in our health. With knowledge of these techniques I develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs

Optimal Sexual Experience
This course is one of a kind. It is evidence-based and highly effective. OSE is for couples struggling with any type of intimacy issue (low desire, health difficulties interfering with sex, navigating new types of play, asking for what you want). We offer concrete tools to help navigate these concerns and increase your intimate connection. Over the course of 8 weekly sessions you get to explore your relationship in a supportive, fun, and non-judgmental environment. Because everyone deserves good sex!
