Optimal Sexual Experience
This course is one of a kind. It is evidence-based and highly effective. OSE is for couples struggling with any type of intimacy issue (low desire, health difficulties interfering with sex, navigating new types of play, asking for what you want). We offer concrete tools to help navigate these concerns and increase your intimate connection. Over the course of 8 weekly sessions you get to explore your relationship in a supportive, fun, and non-judgmental environment. Because everyone deserves good sex!
